Although there is nothing really wrong with this property and it does tick a lot of boxes, I feel there are better options out there for £165,000.

There is a nice kitchen, impressive living area, three good bedrooms, an enclosed garden with an impressive shed and a garage. So you know what I mean when I say it ticks a lot of boxes. It is also in a very desirable area for families, with good local schools and amenities nearby.

The bathroom in this property is disappointing and is not consistent with the rest of the house. It appears dated and very small.

This is not a property I would recommend as an investment. The rental prices in Sothall do not reflect property values, so the rental yield would be very low. 

Most residents of Sothall will be owner occupiers as opposed to tenants.

At a lower price, this property would be an ideal family home.
