I couldn’t help but notice this beauty which came onto the market in Crookes 2 days ago!

I’m sure you’ll know, Crookes is popular with both the young and old and this property suits both down to the ground.
For a 2 bedroom flat, it’s simply, massive!

The quirky ceilings and open plan layout make it so attractive and it will appeal to so many tastes.
Although I do expect this will sell quickly and close to the asking price, I would personally be a little put off by the lack of outside space. Whilst this is expected with a flat, the communal areas don’t look too inviting here if truth be told.
With quite a high asking price, the yield would not be great. Don’t get me wrong, it’d rent no problem, but a return of around £800pcm would only equate to a yield of 5.05% which is not very high when you factor in service charges and ground rent on top.

There are certainly greater investment opportunities around, but in no way means that this property won’t sell. It will!
