As expected, with an asking price below £85,000, this property is not in a perfect condition. However more surprisingly, the general condition of this property is decent.

There are particular areas, which do appear somewhat old-fashioned, but it is not essential to change the whole property. This property is perfectly acceptable for somebody to move into straight away. Two of the bedrooms are double, with the third probably best used as a study.  The bathroom is of an average size. Going downstairs, the lounge is of a generous size, as is the kitchen.

The S8 postcode is tremendously popular postcode, however the precise location of this property is not in the most sought after location. This area would be classed as Lowedges, which is not as popular as Woodseats (also in S8) for example.

Nevertheless, I would still consider this property a fantastic investment. I would hope for rents in the region of £500pcm, which would equate to a yield of just over 7%!
