It may be Christmas Eve but I couldn’t ignore this apartment.
An apartment as well presented as this in the up and coming Kelham Island area is certainly going to attract a lot of interest. I know from personal experience that there is a lot of space on offer in Daisy Spring Works and to have an apartment with a balcony is an added bonus.
These apartments are nice to live in as an owner occupier but I know many are tenanted and this is testament to the quality of the investment opportunity on offer. 

A monthly rent of around £700 can be achieved and interest from potential tenants is definitely going to be high, especially with it being so well presented. 

A monthly rent of £700 equates to a yield of 6.7% if you pay the asking price so a higher yield may be achievable if you can get the price down at all!

I’ll keep my eye on this one just to see how quickly it does sell!
