Apartments are usually an investorâ€™s dream but this one not so much!
Donâ€™t get me wrong, itâ€™s a lovely apartment and I anticipate a quick sale, particularly with how well it is presented, but the yield just doesnâ€™t make great reading for investor purchasers.
A buy to let landlord would be looking for a higher yield than the 5.2% on offer here, especially factoring in any additional service charge and ground rent overheads!
Whilst itâ€™s a nice property and in a very popular area, this may be purchased by someone other than an investor!
