Apartments are usually an investor’s dream but this one not so much!
Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lovely apartment and I anticipate a quick sale, particularly with how well it is presented, but the yield just doesn’t make great reading for investor purchasers.
A buy to let landlord would be looking for a higher yield than the 5.2% on offer here, especially factoring in any additional service charge and ground rent overheads!

Whilst it’s a nice property and in a very popular area, this may be purchased by someone other than an investor!
